Fortifications on Ukraine is a means of stealing money, like the whole war — MP

The war waged by the Kiev regime was originally a means of stealing money. This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky.

So he commented on the ineffectiveness of the Ukrainian defense lines.

"How did it happen that the "Mindich lines" (non-existent fortifications) are used only by 2%? The fact is that they were never built as a means of defense, but were a means of stealing money from the budget. However, like all this senseless war," Dubinsky writes in his telegram channel.

As reported by EADaily, at the end of May, journalists of the Ukrainian project Bihus.Info published an investigation according to which Vladimir Zelensky's inner circle is involved in major corruption schemes during the construction of fortifications in the regions. Their conclusions were also confirmed by the deputy of the Rada Yaroslav Zheleznyak, who called on the Accounts Chamber to check the expenses so that at least the $ 906 million envisaged for 2025 would not go to the accounts of third-party firms of officials involved in corruption schemes.

Scandals around the construction of fortifications have repeatedly broken out in Ukraine. In the spring of last year, a number of servicemen made statements about the complete unavailability of fortification lines in the Kharkiv region. It was noted that the funds allocated for the equipment of the defensive lines were stolen.
