"I can assume that the American side, despite some movements, some progress, is not yet ready to seriously say goodbye to the difficulties that have been created around the work of diplomatic missions," Ushakov said, commenting on the situation around contacts Russia and the USA on "mutual irritants".
As EADaily reported, the United States has not yet responded to Russia's proposal to return diplomatic property, but they promise to respond in the near future, the Russian ambassador to Alexander Darchiev in Washington.
