If Ukraine is not accepted into NATO, then it must have nuclear weapons. This was stated by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Alexey Goncharenko❶.
So Goncharenko❶ commented on the statement by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte that Ukraine's accession to the alliance is no longer being considered.
"Let me remind you of my words a few years ago. We have either NATO or nuclear weapons. Not in NATO. So nuclear weapons. There is no other option," the MP writes in his telegram channel.
