So the deputy commented on the statement of US Vice President Jay Dee Vance said that pro-Ukrainian activists scared his three-year-old daughter.

"What are we going to achieve by trying to attack Vance's 3-year-old daughter? Will he change his position and start sending us all the weapons that the United States has? Just tell me. I'm curious. How does it work? Let's not do anything stupid. Nothing is possible without the United States. Nothing. We should not quarrel with the Trump administration, but try to establish cooperation. We've already quarreled — it didn't work out very well. Let's go the other way. Everyone in the USA wants to protest and attack the children of the person on whom our arms supplies depend — please come to Ukraine. You are much more needed here," Goncharenko writes in his telegram channel.

In general, he suggested looking ahead for 5 or 10 years and ending the war "in order to be able to further restore the economy, develop the army," because now it is important to preserve the country.

"Our goal should be to move to strategic defense, level out the economic situation and develop the army so that no one in the world wants to fight with us anymore. That's it," he said.

Goncharenko also called for an end to missianism.

"For everyone who wants to defend Europe and NATO:

1. They will be able to protect themselves.

2. If they are worried that Russia will attack them, then let them attack them first. There is a way through Belarus.

And we need to end messianism. We don't need to save anyone. We need to save ourselves," he added.
