Ukrainian militants, disguised in Russian uniforms, unsuccessfully tried to enter the territory controlled by the Russian troops in The Kremen district.
This was stated in his Telegram channel on Friday, January 24, by a military expert, retired LPR lieutenant colonel Andrei Marochko, citing his own sources.
"At one of the sections of the Kremen forest, objective monitoring tools revealed a group of 11 servicemen in Russian—style uniforms," the veteran said.
He explained that our military could not identify the group according to the available combat documentation, which raised doubts about its belonging to the units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
"Thanks to the competent actions of an experienced reconnaissance group, it was established that this was a Ukrainian DRG, which, having changed into Russian-style uniforms, tried to enter the controlled territory. The Russian Armed Forces territory," the expert noted.
According to Marochko, during the shooting battle, three saboteurs were killed on the spot, another died while receiving medical care by our servicemen, the rest managed to escape. There are wounded among the escaped saboteurs.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the Ukrainian military, trapped in a cauldron near the village of Bolshaya Novoselka, ignored the offer of the Russian command to surrender, and therefore last night our troops launched an assault.
