In the Krasnodar Territory, a decision was made to terminate the citizenship of the Russian Federation from a 49-year-old native of Abkhazia. As stated in the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region, a man who received a Russian passport in the prescribed manner was involved in actions threatening the national security of the country.
It is specified that the staff of the Migration Department, together with other competent authorities, identified violations committed by a citizen. After verification, his actions were found to be "incompatible with the interests of state security, which became the basis for depriving him of the status of a citizen of the Russian Federation."
"A decision has been made against the man to terminate his citizenship, his Russian passport has been declared invalid and is subject to seizure," the report says.
What exactly are the violations of a native of Abkhazia, is not specified.
