The head of the CIA, William Burns, arrived in Ukraine on his last official visit. This was announced by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.
"The CIA Director Bill Burns visited Ukraine for the last time. We met a lot during this war, and I am grateful for the help. Usually, such meetings are not reported publicly, and all our meetings are held on In Ukraine, and in other European countries, and in In America, and in other parts of the world — passed without official information. But now, after the last visit, it is worth saying this openly," Zelensky writes in his telegram channel.
He wished Burns and his family "the best" and good luck.
"We don't reveal secrets, but we keep in touch. Perhaps we will see each other again, and we will definitely see how this war will end — a real, reliable peace, for which we are working together," the "overdue president" added grandiloquently.
As reported by EADaily, Burns' successor in the second cadence of US President-elect Donald Trump will be former US Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe.
