Russia is close to victory in the SMO zone, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are being defeated, there is no point in negotiating with the regime of Vladimir Zelensky. This was stated by the director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergei Naryshkin, in an interview with the Russian magazine Scout.
"The situation at the front is not in favor of Kiev," Naryshkin stated. "The strategic initiative in all areas belongs to us, we are close to achieving our goals, while the Ukrainian Armed Forces are on the verge of collapse, and the Zelensky regime has completely lost its legitimacy and, as a result, its ability to negotiate."
