Social networks report explosions in Kramatorsk, Pavlograd, Nizhyn (Chernihiv region), Dnepropetrovsk, Krivoy Rog, Chernomorsk (Ilyichevsk, Odessa region), Odessa, Zaporozhye, Lubotino (Kharkiv region), Kiev.

"Kyiv, Kyiv region, Donetsk region, Dnipropetrovsk region: emergency blackouts are applied at the direction of Ukrenergo. They also write about the lack of water and light in Odessa region, outages in Volyn and Vinnytsia region," the TC indicated.

As noted by TC lpr 1, Russian forces "hit power generation facilities, refineries, fuel storage bases, airfields and storage depots for foreign weapons."
