A heat wave that hasn't been in 115 years is coming to Moscow — weather forecasters

Tomorrow in the capital of Russia, the air will warm up to 29 degrees, there has not been such a temperature in September for 115 years. This was reported to RIA Novosti by the leading specialist of the Phobos Weather Center, Yevgeny Tishkovets.

"On the 120th day of summer - on Friday, the 13th, a double temperature record is expected in Moscow — there will be a heat wave that has not been at this time of year for the last 115 years… In the capital, the air will warm up to plus 26-29 in the afternoon, plus 25-30 in the Moscow region," Tishkovets said.

According to him, the summer weather will last at least 10 days in the capital.
