Kiev is ready for negotiations with Moscow, but only if they are based on international law, which presupposes the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

This was stated on the eve of the adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine (OPU) Mikhail Podolyak. His speech is published by the publication "Country".

"Negotiations are certainly needed, but Ukraine clearly says: let's introduce negotiations on terms based on international law as a concept. And the main thing from this concept is the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the state," the adviser said.

Recall that the Kremlin insists on its demands of June 14 for the liberation of all new Russian regions, which has not yet found a reasonable response in the leadership of the Kiev regime.

At the same time, statements about the need for peaceful negotiations between Russia and Ukraine continues to sound like from Kiev, and from the western capitals.

As EADaily reported, this was previously stated by Finnish President Alexander Stubb, who is considered one of the most determined supporters of the Kiev regime. In his opinion, Ukraine and Zelensky are in a much stronger position than two months ago.
