A possible alliance of the terror organizations ISIS and Al Qaeda (banned in Russia) is a new potential threat to security, Director of the Executive Committee of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (RATS SCO) Yevgeniy Sysoyev has said.
