The basis of the recovery plan for Ukraine should first of all be loans. About this at a briefing in The commissioner of the Czech government for the restoration of Ukraine Tomas Kopechny told Prague.

The government commissioner confirmed the words of the Czech leader that the basis of the plan for the restoration of Ukraine should be a global political coalition uniting the EU member states with the United States, Great Britain, Canada and Japan.
