The government commissioner confirmed the words of the Czech leader that the basis of the plan for the restoration of Ukraine should be a global political coalition uniting the EU member states with the United States, Great Britain, Canada and Japan. At the same time, he noted that the plan should focus on loans that will complement various grants.
