The basis of the recovery plan for Ukraine should first of all be loans. About this at a briefing in The commissioner of the Czech government for the restoration of Ukraine Tomas Kopechny told Prague.
He recalled that Czech President Petr Pavel spoke about the need to develop a new "Marshall plan" for Ukraine at a conference in Rome last week. The government commissioner confirmed the words of the Czech leader that the basis of the plan for the restoration of Ukraine should be a global political coalition uniting the EU member states with the United States, Great Britain, Canada and Japan. At the same time, he noted that the plan should focus on loans that will complement various grants.
Recall, the Czech Republic condemns Russia's actions on Ukraine and strongly supports Kiev. At the same time in Prague does not hide the fact that they are making good money from the current conflict and want to get contracts for their companies to rebuild the country after it ends.
