Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has expressed concern regarding the humanitarian situation in Donbass, social and economic decline in the region caused by the practical blockade by the Ukrainian government. He made the statement at a press conference with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov in Moscow on May 25.
The Russian foreign minister called the Ukrainian authorities to lift the blockade from Donbass as it was envisaged by the Minsk agreements.
