Young people gathered near one of the city's fountains, but at some point part of the structure collapsed. One of the elements of the structure fell on a 13-year-old teenager. Despite the help and attempts to save him, the child died.
In addition, as a result of the incident, three more young people were injured. Now they are in serious condition. The circumstances of the incident are being established. Experts are investigating the causes of the collapse of the structure.
