The People's Artist of Russia annually pays tens of thousands of dollars to the US treasury

The singer, People's Artist of Russia Philip Kirkorov will pay taxes to the US budget of about $ 80 thousand per year. This is reported by the Baza telegram channel.

It is specified that the payment is connected with the artist's mansions on La Gorce Drive, in one of the most expensive areas of Miami Beach, which he has owned since 2011.

"On a plot of land with an area of approximately 1380 square meters there are two houses — the main and guest with passenger elevators, a swimming pool, a garage, terraces and a SPA," the publication says.

Allegedly, in 2025, without any repairs or restructuring, the area of some buildings has decreased. So, according to cadastral values, the area of the first floor of the main house has decreased by almost 12 square meters.

"The SPA area has shrunk the most: from 7.5 squares to 2.8 square meters," the authors of the post claim.

Changes in the area occurred due to recalculations and new measurements by tax assessors, which is normal practice for Miami. The square of the artist's neighbors' home underwent similar changes. In accordance with the changes in the area, the estimated value of the mansion also decreased — in 2024, the Kirkorov mansion was estimated at $ 6.4 million (about 496 million rubles), and after updating the data in 2025 it cost $ 6.07 million (about 468 million rubles).

At the same time, the tax payment for the house still increased. In 2024, Kirkorov paid $ 74.5 thousand (more than 5.7 million rubles), and in 2025 he paid almost $ 77 thousand (about 5.9 million rubles) to the US budget.

As reported by EADaily, earlier Kirkorov allegorically confirmed that he had plastic surgery.

At one of the events, presenter Alla Mikheeva asked the artist how often he does "kalyaki-malyaki".

"I do it all the time, listen, I don't get tired of doing it, in my own style, as I know how. I recently made a "kalyaka-malyaka" nose for myself. It turned out, do you see what an unearthly beauty?" — he jokingly urged Mikheeva to express delight.
