The plant produces gasoline, diesel, fuel oil and tar, provides about 40% of the Moscow fuel market and 70% of the needs of the Moscow region in gasoline and jet fuel.

Prior to that, the MNPZ was attacked by Ukrainian drones on May 17, 12 workers were injured.
