Two teenagers arrested for the murder of a 15-year-old girl

In the Sverdlovsk region, two teenagers were arrested for the murder of a 15-year-old girl. This was reported in the telegram channel of the joint press service of the courts of the region.

"The Krasnoturyinsky city court has chosen a preventive measure for a 15-year-old local resident accused of murdering a peer… The second teenager accused of murdering a 15-year—old girl in Krasnoturinsk was also given a preventive measure in the form of detention until August 11, 2026 inclusive," the publication says.

According to investigators, on the evening of June 12, a quarrel broke out between one of the teenagers and his friend in the garage area in the city of Krasnoturinsk. As a result, both defendants inflicted several stab wounds on the girl and fled. The victim was found by random passers-by and called an ambulance. Doctors tried to save her, but the girl died in the hospital.

Both 15-year-olds have been charged with murder committed by a group of people by prior agreement.
