Colonel of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Fakhriev ❶, who planned terrorist attacks in the Crimea, was eliminated. This was reported by TASS with reference to a source in the Russian law enforcement agencies today, June 28.
"Rustem Fakhriev ❶— a colonel of the GUR of Ukraine, was liquidated on May 18," the source confirmed.
At the end of 2025, the Rosfinmonitoring website announced the inclusion of Fakhriev❶ in the list of terrorists and extremists for organizing an assassination attempt on a Russian officer in Crimea.
