73-year-old businessman Sergey Lazarev was killed in the Vologda region. Since 2013, he has organized a toll ride to Kubensky Lake through his site. The collected money allegedly went to the maintenance and cleaning of the road, after which Lazarev became known throughout the country. The details of the incident are provided by the Telegram channel "112".
The controversy surrounding the passage has not subsided for years. In 2023, local residents once again appealed to the prosecutor's office, but the check did not reveal any violations. After that, the fare increased from 200 to 500 rubles per car.
On the evening of June 6, during the conflict, a 52-year-old man kicked Lazarev in the stomach. The summer resident entrepreneur managed to call an ambulance, but later died from his injuries. The suspect has been arrested.
