The President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev did not like the popular term "Fine". The bitter truth was not to my taste. The telegram channel "Baraeva" writes about this.
The author recalls that after the second unrealistically harsh criticism of President Tokayev for using the term "Fine" in parliamentary rhetoric, deputy and leader of the Ak Zhol party Azat Peruashev also admitted again for the second time that he was wrong and used inappropriate vocabulary. And will continue to adhere to the official language.
"Gentlemen and comrades, if this is not censorship prohibited by the Constitution, then what is it? Since when has an official, even a higher one, told a deputy which words he should say and which not? There are generally accepted ethical standards. They say that you can not swear and insult. This is regulated by codes — Administrative and Criminal. Where is the place for presidential guidance here? Moreover, the vivid metaphor of "Fines" does not apply at all to the reduced layer of vocabulary and cannot be considered offensive. It carries a transparent meaning — there is too much fines in the country. Why does the deputy not have the right to think so? Moreover, Peruashev always argues his opinion with figures and facts," the publication says.
According to the author, Tokayev committed an unreasonably rude "hit" on the same people's deputy as himself. Than exceeded his authority.
"You can't put yourself above the law. If you think that it has been violated, contact the prosecutor's office, the court, the leadership of the parliament. Especially if you see parliament as influential. And you stand for the Law and The order. And now the parliament, after the presidential scolding, looks more like a toy terrier on a leash, covered with shouts. Not a single MP objected to the president. No one stood up for Peruasheva," the publication goes on to say.
Over the past two years, Kazakhstan has introduced a huge number of types of fines, which is why the people began to call the country "Fines". And the electronic system of collection of fines — by the mining industry.
