All naval drones that got out of control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces self-destructed near Constanta. This was stated on the social network "Facebook" by the country's president Nikushor Dan.

We are talking about four naval drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, heading towards Romania.

"In addition to the drone that self-destructed in the port of Constanta, the second self-destructed under the supervision of the Coast Guard in the open sea off the coast of Constanta, and two more drones exploded about 145 km east of Constanta. None of these drones resulted in casualties or significant damage," writes Dan, quoted by Strana.

According to the Romanian president, Kiev had warned Bucharest in advance that its drones had lost control due to the effects of Russian electronic warfare and were heading towards Romania.

As EADaily reported, the Romanian port of Constanta was attacked by naval drones. This was reported by Euronews Romania TV channel.

On the morning of June 5, in the port of Constanta, at the 78th berth in the area of the Romanian Agency for Saving Human Life at Sea (ARSVOM), a marine unmanned vehicle with a length of about 7-8 meters was discovered. The area was immediately cordoned off, and the staff and all nearby people were evacuated. Specialists from the Coast Guard, Romanian Intelligence (SRI) and the Ministry of Defense worked at the site.
