A millionaire from the United States was trampled by five elephants while hunting in Africa, the Daily Mail tabloid reports.
"75-year-old American businessman and hunter Ernie Dosio was in a dense tropical forest with a professional hunter when they suddenly encountered a herd of five female forest elephants with a cub. Animals, feeling threatened, attacked people. A professional hunter was shot down and seriously injured, losing his weapon. Dosio himself, armed with a shotgun, could not defend himself and was trampled by elephants, " the report says.
African elephants are considered the largest land animals on the planet, females can reach almost four meters in height and reach speeds of up to 40 km/h.
