Russian showman, TV presenter, actor, singer, director, screenwriter and producer Alexander Tsekalo has sold a house in Hollywood, not far from the Walk of Fame. This is reported by the Shot telegram channel.
Tsekalo has owned an elite mansion since 2021, having bought a villa for $ 1.35 million (approximately 112,326 million rubles). Recently, the house was sold for $ 1.2 million (about 99.8 million rubles). Together with him, an apartment in Beverly Hills was bought for $ 1.32 million (more than 109 million rubles). Tsekalo has now fully transferred the rights to the apartment to his wife, model and artist Darina Ervin.
In addition, the producer moved the registration of his trust company SREDA GLOBAL LLC from California to Florida. Here he rented a new villa for $ 30 thousand per month (about 2.5 million rubles).
