"About 1.1 thousand people convicted of corruption are now in the special operation zone," Gutsan said.
He instructed to make sure that convicted corrupt officials in the SMO zone atone for their guilt.
"I instruct the military prosecutors to make sure by June 1 that they atone for their guilt in accordance with the contract, and do not sit closer to the kitchen in the rear," Gutsan said during the meeting.
Gutsan instructed to ensure continuous monitoring of the legality of the adoption of relevant decisions by courts and bodies of the Federal Penitentiary Service.
