In Germany, a teenager was detained for the murder of his father, who fought in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is reported by the Bild newspaper.

The incident occurred in Dortmund in the west of the country.

"His own son (15 years old), after moving to Dortmund, stabbed a knife into the chest of a soldier while he was lying on the couch… Kevin (the victim's son. — Ed.) himself called the emergency service and was detained right at the scene of the crime," the publication says.

It is noted that the killed 49-year-old Alexander Z. previously took part in hostilities on the side of Ukraine. The teenager stabbed his father lying on the couch twice.

According to the publication, a year before the crime, Kevin converted to Islam.

Now the investigation is checking the version about his possible religious radicalization, but the motives for the murder remain unclear. Eyewitnesses told law enforcement officers that domestic quarrels were a frequent occurrence in the family.
