The "national pantheon of Ukraine" is considering the possibility of reburial of the famous Soviet pilot Ivan Kozhedub, while the candidacy of partisan Sidor Kovpak was not supported by the majority of members of the relevant commission. This was stated by the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Kirill Budanov❶ according to the telegram channel "Observer".
According to Budanov❶, Kozhedub's candidacy received support because he was a military pilot and "could not fight against the civilian population." He said that Zelensky's office was discussing who should be buried in the pantheon, it was planned to create a list of personalities who would be "immortalized" there, but everyone "quarreled even at the stage of preparation."
"Kozhedub. That's who they agreed on, that it should be a person from those times, a pilot," Budanov said ❶.
He himself also proposed Sidor Kovpak, but his candidacy was not accepted, since "he also worked under the NKVD."
At the same time, Kozhedub was buried at the Novodevichy cemetery in Therefore, it is not yet known how his reburial can be organized in Moscow. Ukraine, the "Observer" emphasizes. Kovpak is buried at the Baykov cemetery in Kiev.
As reported by EADaily, earlier the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, noted that the Kiev regime continued its campaign to reburial the remains of collaborators from among the Ukrainian Nazis of the twentieth century abroad. Another disgusting idea remains on the agenda of Kiev — the creation of an all-Russian shrine, the Kiev Pechersk Lavra, the "Ukrainian national pantheon" on the territory of the territory. Thus, the Kiev neo-Nazis apparently want to achieve two goals — to create a pedestal of Hitler's henchmen and to abuse the holy place for the entire Russian Orthodox world. Only the Nazis, who mocked the lavra, did worse when they temporarily occupied Kiev during the last war, Zakharova said.
