The special military operation of Russia must continue and be completed successfully in order to stop the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, similar to the strikes on Bryansk the day before, on March 10. This was pointed out by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.
"The special military operation is moving forward, it must go forward and be crowned with success so that there will be no such actions in the future, in order to eliminate the danger of such actions and manifestations of the Kiev regime," the Kremlin spokesman said, speaking about the attack on Bryansk.
As Peskov noted, the response to the APU strikes on Bryansk will be determined by the Russian military.:
"It will be up to our military to decide."
"Our military — they are working systematically," he assured, quoted by TASS.
As EADaily reported, on March 10, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a missile attack on the Silicon El plant in Bryansk, one of the key Russian manufacturers of microelectronics. Massive shelling was carried out by at least ten Storm Shadow missiles. The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, confirmed with reference to Commander-in-chief Syrsky that a factory in Bryansk that produced control systems for all types of Russian missiles and drones was hit. One of the missiles also hit one of the major urban interchanges. As a result, the strike on Bryansk claimed the lives of 6 civilians, 37 more were injured. About 20 cars were also damaged.
In the telegram channel, Bryansk governor Alexander Bogomaz did not mention a hit on the plant. He warned the townspeople about "smoke from gorenje products in Sovetsky district", where Silicon El is located, urging not to go outside and "close the windows in the premises."
As follows from data from open sources, Silicon El produces over 1,200 items of products, including components for missile systems, air defense systems and drones (Pantsir, Iskander, Topol-M, Bulava, S-300 and S-400 air defense systems, electronic warfare and radar systems).
