President of Kazakhstan Tokayev does not see the Iranian tragedy — "Barayev"

No one expected Kazakhstan, as a co-founder of the trumped-up Peace Council, to have great sympathy for Iran. What other blood can surprise you after Gaza, where a new Jewish friend, comrade and brother of the Kazakh people raunched the civilian population up to the most I don't want to to worldwide applause?

I must say that neither the BRICS, where it belongs, nor the EAEU and the EEC, which have concluded a trade agreement with Iran, have officially cried about Iran. Only the SCO lowered the flag as a sign of mourning for the victims of the recent tragic events in the country and sent condolences to the Iranian leadership in connection with the death of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as other leaders and civilians.

But the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, did not just ignore Iran and does not see it point-blank. He deliberately demonstrates solidarity with those who are on the other side of the barricades from Iran:

  • He condemned all military actions aimed at undermining the sovereignty and security of friendly and fraternal states for Kazakhstan, by which Arab countries are meant, since it is to them that Kazakhstan is "ready to provide any possible assistance";
  • He sent messages of support and solidarity to the leaders of the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain and Kuwait; called the Emir of Qatar and the President of the UAE with the same message and condemned the attack on civilian facilities in the UAE, as well as on other Gulf countries, without mentioning that it followed in response to the attack of Iran;
  • He stressed that conflicts should be resolved diplomatically, but did not call Trump and Netanyahu to report this. Tokayev did not injure them with his usual saying about unshakable territorial integrity, inviolability of state borders, etc.

One way or another, the consequences of Tokayev's foreign policy decisions are obvious. Having got into the Abrahamic agreements and into The Peace Council, he joined the support group of the United States and Israel, which staged a new massacre in the Middle East.

Court analysts wink: they say, in this way the wise leader diverted the trouble from Kazakhstan itself, because the obstinacy and intractability of evon lead to something.

Practice, however, shows that compliance does not save you from American invasions, unless you really lay down under the USA and dangled your paws, forgetting about sovereignty.

And then. You yourself shook hands with the Iranian leader quite recently (in December 2025, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian was on a visit to Astana — approx. EADaily). He talked about friendship and partnership. And now more than 40 leaders and their family members have been killed there. And you didn't even find a word of sympathy for the country and the people.

Maybe there is statesmanship in this. But there is definitely no human decency.
