Ex-Minister of Energy of Ukraine Herman Galushchenko was detained while trying to leave the country. This is reported by Ukrainska Pravda.
"The former Minister of Energy of Ukraine and the ex-head of the Ministry of Justice, dismissed amid a corruption scandal, German Galushchenko was detained while trying to cross the border," the newspaper informs.
According to the newspaper, Galushchenko was removed from the train on the night of February 14-15.
The former minister is being investigated in the case of businessman Timur Mindich.
