Residents of Kiev, outraged by prolonged power and heating outages, organized a traffic block on Winston Churchill Street and Verkhovna Rada Boulevard. This was reported on February 10 by the Ukrainian online publication Strana.ua" with reference to the words of lawyer Rostislav Kravets.
"On Winston Churchill Street and on Verkhovna Rada Boulevard in Kiev, residents blocked the road due to lack of light and heat," the report says.
It is specified that local residents have been without electricity for the second day. The situation is aggravated by the fact that there is no heating for a whole week, which is why the temperature in the apartments dropped to 6-8 degrees.
