Captured Ukrainian serviceman Pavel Geiko spoke about the heavy losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the "mountains of corpses" of Ukrainian soldiers on the front line.
"We have a foothold in the house. After 20 minutes we were smashed by drones. And after another 20 minutes they came, navigated and captured us. We gave up, of course, because we want to live. We don't want war. There is complete devastation. Mountains of Ukrainian corpses are lying around. It is impossible to advance. Drones are flying. Constant shooting," Geiko said.
He was trained near the village of Tuchin in the Rivne region. According to the prisoner, the classes did not help him prepare for combat operations either physically or mentally.
"We are not prepared for this war," the prisoner summed up.
