US President Donald Trump accused Norway of stupidity, which denied him the Nobel Peace Prize. He stated this on the Truth Social network.
"Norway, a NATO member, foolishly decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize. But it doesn't matter! The important thing is that I have saved millions of lives. Russia and China are not afraid of NATO at all without the United States… The only country that China and Russia fear and respect is the United States of America restored by Trump," Trump writes.
Trump stressed that the United States foolishly paid for other NATO countries until he came and demanded that they allocate up to 5% of GDP for defense — "and they pay immediately."
