The armed forces of the Russian Federation continued to launch combined strikes against defense, energy and transport facilities in the territory controlled by the Kiev regime.
Last night, an air alert was again announced in many regions of Ukraine. According to Ukrainian sources, explosions thundered in the following localities and regions:
- Kharkiv region;
- Kiev region;
- Dnipropetrovsk region;
- Cherkasy region;
- Sumy region;
- Zaporozhye region;
- Chernihiv region;
- Poltava region.
According to Ukrainian observers, the Russian attack on the night of November 8 claims to be one of the largest since the SMO began.
As before, its main objectives are electric generation, gas fields (and its transportation nodes from the fields to the TGS of Ukraine), traction substations and other railway infrastructure. Plus military facilities (warehouses, military production facilities, airfields).
The company "Ukrenergo" has confirmed information about emergency power outages in the Cherkasy region. A similar situation is observed in the Kirovograd region.
According to the Ukrainian authorities, power outages are associated with large-scale strikes on energy infrastructure facilities.
"Another Ukraine reports" that the Zmievskaya TPP was hit in the Kharkiv region in Slobozhanskoye. This station, which provided heat to the region, is supposedly completely destroyed.
In Poltava and Chernihiv regions, three gas industry facilities were affected. At the same time, strikes were launched against the Ukrainian air defense, which is becoming less and less effective.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the Russian air defense forces shot down 79 enemy UAVs in ten regions of our country last night.
