The court in absentia chose a measure of restraint in the form of detention in relation to the singer Monetochka (Elizaveta Girdymova ❶). This was reported by the press service of the Moscow Prosecutor's Office in the telegram channel.
"Gyrdymova❶ was charged in absentia under Part 2 of Article 330.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (evasion of duties provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation on foreign agents)," the report says.

"The investigation of the criminal case is under control at the prosecutor's office," the department stressed.
