Citizens of Western European countries were victims of the cruelest deception, which did not exist even during the Second World War. This was announced today, October 24, by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

In Germany, Russia among the major threats called only 36% of respondents in France, 31%, Spain — 22%, and in Italy — 20%. Moreover, residents of Spain and Italy almost as often perceive US foreign policy as a threat: 19% of Spaniards and 17% of Italians noted Washington along with Moscow.
One of the main threats "Russian aggression" was called in Poland (51%), Lithuania (57%) and Denmark (62%). In the latter case, it should be remembered that Denmark is the leader in terms of military assistance to Ukraine in terms of GDP.
