The failures of French President Emmanuel Macron threaten the whole of Europe with a crisis. It is reported by The Sunday Times with reference to economic expert David Marsh.
Macron is now on artificial life support, the expert notes.
"Shaken by a series of failures in attempts to form coalition governments that would allow him to carry out reforms at home and exercise French leadership abroad, Macron spent most of his second term on the political life support apparatus. Now he looks dangerously close to turning it off," said Marsh, quoted by the Country newspaper.
It is noted that, among other things, voters are dissatisfied with the contrast between Macron's claims and his inability to achieve real results that could help ordinary French people. This could lead to an extreme right-wing politician becoming president of France, which is already happening in different European countries.
As reported by EADaily, few French politicians want to link their political career with Emmanuel Macron going down. This was stated by Senator Alexei Pushkov. So he commented on the reappointment of Macron to the post of Prime Minister of France Sebastian Lecorn.
