"The first results come from Odessa. The main blows fell on the suburbs of Usatovo and Luzanovka, flew to the Outpost-1 — this is a serious railway junction. In Usatovo, a series of blows disrupted the operation of the substation. The power industry has been well degreased, but repair work is already underway," Lebedev writes.

According to his colleagues, many blocks from Soviet substations were delivered to Ukraine, which were transferred by the former Warsaw Pact countries, "the Czech Republic turned out to be the most generous."

In Luzanovka, according to Lebedev, a "fashionable vacation spot" came under attack, where, as reported from the scene, there were up to five French and up to a dozen Romanian officers. It is noted that after arrival, the territory was cordoned off by SBU officers, who did not even let local ambulances through — only foreign resuscitation vehicles with foreign doctors.

"As a result, the survivors of the wounded were taken away by one helicopter. The victims were taken out by minibus," the coordinator added.

The Security Service cordon has already been removed, he notes, but the passage is blocked by roadblocks.
