Ex-State Duma deputy and ex-Deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea Ruslan Balbek was detained in the Kabardino-Balkar Republic. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
"Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea detained former State Duma deputy and ex-Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea Ruslan Balbek, who was previously put on the federal wanted list. The detention took place during a complex of operational search activities on the territory of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic," the report says.
Balbek was arrested in cases of unlawful access to information and defamation, the police said.
