Convey my warmest wishes to Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong—un while you are plotting against the United States of America," Trump wrote on the Truth Social network.
At the same time, on Tuesday, Trump said that he did not see a threat in the possible formation of an "axis" of China and Russia is against Washington's interests.
