The Tianjin Declaration is the central document of the summit. As explained by the assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Yuri Ushakov, it reflects "consolidated approaches to topical regional and international problems, including in the field of economics, the goals of the organization's work in each of its activities are outlined."
As reported by EADaily, the summit in Tianjin is attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin, as well as leaders of more than 20 countries, including the heads of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, India, Pakistan, Iran, Belarus.
