The head of the US Treasury, Scott Bessent, commented on the possible future of Russia's frozen assets. RIA Novosti informs about this today, August 27.
According to Bessent, Russian money can be used as an element of negotiations with the Kremlin.
"Frozen Russian assets should be considered as an element of negotiations with Moscow, and not confiscated immediately," the head of the ministry said.
