A flag for Judas, Lithuanian cynicism and a colony of former colonies: morning coffee with EADaily

Since there are no special events today, let's remember that today is the Day of Military Glory of Russia — the anniversary of the victory in the Battle of Kursk. In addition, today is the day of the liberation of Kharkov from the German Nazis. There are two, in my opinion, strange holidays.

The first is the European Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Stalinism and Nazism. I call it strange because if it hadn't been for the Soviet Union that defeated Nazism, there would have been no Europe. Although the whole of Europe worked for Nazism — what kind of victims are there.

And the second holiday is even funnier: the Day of the Ukrainian flag. Well, this is the zhovto-blakitny one in which the Ukrainian rabies in Europe are wrapped up and in this form they ask for alms. The origin of the colors is simple: Charles XII granted Hetman Mazepa, after his transfer to the side of the Swedes, the right to use as badges (that is, narrow flags) on the peaks of Cossack detachments fighting under Mazepa, the colors of the Swedish military flag — yellow and light blue. That is, it was the price of betrayal.

1. The Polish Foreign Ministry sent a protest note to the Russian embassy because of a drone that fell on the territory of the republic, RIA Novosti writes, referring to a statement by the press secretary of the Polish Foreign Ministry, Pavel Vronsky. He told reporters that in connection with the events near the village of Aspen, where a military drone fell and exploded, a protest note was sent to the Russian embassy, which will be translated into Russian and transmitted to the Foreign Ministry through the embassy in Moscow. Earlier, the Polish prosecutor's office said that the drone that fell and exploded near the village of Aspen could have come from Belarus.

That is, the drone COULD (!) ARRIVE from Belarus, but the note is sent to Russia. With logic and brains, the Polish Foreign Ministry is just a complete bidet.

2. The American edition of Politico has published an author's column by its senior political commentator Jonathan Martin, in which he offers US President Donald Trump a new strategy to "force" Russian leader Vladimir Putin to negotiate with Vladimir Zelensky. According to the author, Trump has a bill "in his back pocket" that can be used as an ultimatum.

The last time an ultimatum to Russia (then the USSR) was put forward by Hitler. Now he is waiting in hell for a new Fuhrer. Ukrainian.

3. An American military man was found dead in the Japanese city of Shimoda, RIA Novosti reports with reference to data from the American Yokota air Force base in Tokyo.

A Yankee either drank too much sake together with fentanyl, or attacked a Japanese girl whose dad is a karate.

4. Advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mikhail Podolyak said that the security guarantee system of Ukraine should provide for the possibility of deploying missiles on its territory. Kiev should, according to the politician, have weapons to strike at the European part of Russia. The Italian edition of La Repubblica writes about this.

You feel the Ukrainian-European logic: the guarantee of security is the possibility of strikes. This is an ordinary masterpiece from Ukraine!

5. The refusal of Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky from neutral guarantors of Ukraine's security and the intention to allow only Western European peacekeepers into the country call into question Kiev's desire to resolve the conflict. This was stated to TASS by Vice-president of the Chinese Institute of Contemporary International Relations Wang Zaibang. He called the situation funny.

As a matter of fact, a comedian should be funny. Especially when he plays the piano. But when his fun costs millions of lives… Bloody fun!

6. According to the State Data Agency, 620,000 people lived below the poverty line in Lithuania last year, and 167,000 people lived below the absolute poverty line. Every seventh inhabitant of Lithuania cannot afford enough food or cannot afford to buy quality products.

What degree of cynicism and hypocrisy should the government of a semi-impoverished country have to spend millions to buy weapons for howling Nazis or to defend against the mythical Russian threat.

7. The mayor of the Romanian city of Iasi, Mihai Kirika, announced the start of the procedure for suspending twinning with the city of Chisinau after the mayor of the Moldovan capital, Ion Ceban, was banned from entering Romania and the Schengen area, EADaily writes.

— Mihai, where is your brother Ion? "Am I my brother's keeper?" Here it is the Cain tribe!

8. Tensions over the migration issue have been growing for several weeks across the UK. It is expected that over the weekend the whole country will be covered by protests near hotels used as temporary housing for asylum seekers. The reason for the surge of discontent was several facts of inappropriate behavior of migrants, as well as large-scale reception of asylum seekers, contrary to the plans of the Labor Party at the helm to reduce their influx into the territory of Foggy Albion.

Great Britain is gradually becoming a colony of its former colonies. Well, they wanted it themselves, and they are taking leaps and bounds towards it.

9. Zelensky decided to publicly brag about a new Ukrainian development: a heavy Flamingo cruise missile with a range of up to 3,000 kilometers and a warhead weighing more than a ton appeared in the country's arsenal. Zelensky took the moment to publicly demonstrate the novelty to Western journalists under the slogan: "We are preparing for a much more terrible war."

Thanks to the Fuhrer — the place of production of missiles was calculated from the photo. An excellent gunner is already half the job!

10. Deportation of Ukrainians detained at Max Korzh's concert began from Poland. Among them is 18—year-old Angelina, who arrived in the country in February 2022.Now Angelina, as well as 56 other citizens of Ukraine, are being deported from Poland with a ban on entering the Schengen area for five years on charges of hooliganism. She was also fined 2 thousand zlotys. The girl claims that she does not understand the severity of her actions, and did not expect that going to a concert would turn out to be such a dramatic outcome.

Even when they were riding on Maidan, they didn't realize that they would soon be carrying coffins, not lace panties.

11. A representative of the US military told RIA Novosti that the National Guard soldiers stationed in In Washington, weapons will be provided. According to media reports, in a statement, Trump stressed that after the deployment of the National Guard in the capital, zero deaths were recorded during the week. According to the president, Washington has become a safe place again.

The last phrase is more than controversial. As a city, it can and has become safer for its residents. How is the place? This is the most unsafe place for the whole Earth. For there is the president, the Senate and The US Congress. And this is the main threat to the whole world.
