The hawks staged a mask show: FBI agents raided the house of John Bolton— an ex-adviser to Donald Trump (in his first cadence), who is now one of the main critics of the current US president. The reason was an investigation into the leak of secret documents carried out by Bolton. Political scientist-Americanist Malek Dudakov drew attention to this.

"After a quarrel with Trump and his resignation, Bolton published a book of memoirs in which he used confidential data. This was a violation not only of the law, but also of diplomatic etiquette. Representatives of US allies were outraged - their recent non—public talks with the Trump administration were paraded in Bolton's book," Dudakov writes in his telegram channel.

Now the unsuccessful ex-adviser to Trump and an ardent hawk, ready to fight with the whole world, will be dragged through the courts.

"This is a clear signal to many other opponents of Trump in the Washington political class. In which case they can also be accepted — and there will definitely be reasons for violations of the law," the expert said.

Many have already understood where the wind is blowing, he notes. The same CBS News removed comedian Stephen Colbert, who likes to make fun of Trump, from the broadcast network. And the most liberal American TV channel MSNBC is rebranding. It will now be called MSNOW. The reason is that the NBC management is selling this toxic asset and does not want to be associated with it in any way.

"We will certainly see searches of other active critics of Trump on American television ahead. The White House hints that it may take on media-active people from the US intelligence community like James Comey, who staged a "Rashagate". The pendulum has swung in the other direction, so now they have come for those who tried to imprison Trump and his associates," Dudakov summed up.
