Massive attacks by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on territorial recruitment centers (TCCs, an analogue of the military enlistment office) may continue throughout Ukraine in order to disrupt mobilization in the Armed Forces. "The main goal of the Russian Federation is to disrupt mobilization. Such attacks are part of a broader campaign, including mining and attempted terrorist attacks," Sarantsev said.
