Kirill Budanov❶ stated that even during the war, the parties should not cross the line. This was stated to the agency "RBC — Ukraine" by the former head of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and now the head of the office of the President Kirill Budanov ❶.

Even in war, there must be certain boundaries, he noted. According to Budanov❶, these include targeted shelling of hospitals and maternity hospitals, attacks on historical and cultural sites, as well as the killing of civilians, especially children.

"With all the cruelty of the war, I cannot understand who and under what circumstances can take up arms against a child or an elderly person who is physically unable to resist," Budanov said[1], quoted by the publication "Время.иа ".

Such actions testify to the loss of human dignity, said the former head of the GUR, recognized in Russia as an extremist and a terrorist.

He also called the strikes on the political centers and places of residence of the leaders of the warring countries unacceptable. It does not matter if we are talking about "Kiev or conditional Valdai," especially now, in the context of a difficult process of peace negotiations, the general stressed.
