Is the law not written? A criminal case is required for a singer sympathizing with terrorists

Two public figures, the head of the Safe Internet League Ekaterina Mizulina and the head of the Federal Project on Security and Anti—Corruption Vitaly Borodin, paid attention to media publications about the singer Manizhe Sangin, who performed in Moscow. Both spoke about this in telegram channels.

"Here the media write that the singer Manizha has started performing in Moscow again. Yes, yes, the one who pitied the terrorists who brutally attacked people in Crocus, and defiantly let a tear in front of the camera. The one that left Russia in 2022, speaking out against SMO," stated Mizulina.

She asked a number of questions.

"I don't really understand how she got back to the Russia? Why were no relevant questions asked at the border? Where is the Investigative Committee? Is there no law for people like her? Or how to understand it?", — Mizulina wrote indignantly.

Borodin, on the other hand, calls for recognizing the singer as a foreign agent and initiating a criminal case against her. He is sure that the singer's words fall under the article on the justification of terrorism.

"It is necessary to conduct a full-fledged check for foreign financing. All these statements fall under criminal liability," the activist said.

As EADaily reported, Manizha, who criticized the special military operation and expressed sympathy for the terrorists detained after the tragedy in Crocus, quietly leaked to an event in one of the clubs in Moscow.

Mari Chichagova, an expert of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation on comfortable urban environment, took part in the discussion on the topic "The Multiverse of the city" together with Manizha, she was responsible in the conversation for the universe of architecture, the singer for music.
