In the city of Sumy, which is located on the territory controlled by the Kiev regime, there is an outflow of population — local residents leave the regional center and move to other regions.
This was told to the TASS news agency by a source in the Russian law enforcement agencies. According to him, while we are not talking about mass flight, local residents still have the opportunity to sell their homes and leave Sumy.
"People are trying to leave mostly on their own. In Sumy, people are actively selling housing, while flatly refusing to rent it to Ukrainian servicemen, which the riders themselves complain about on social networks,"the agency's interlocutor said.
He noted that the exodus of the population from Sum happens "slowly", which can not be said about the border villages of Sumy region. There, the forced evacuation of residents was carried out during the Kursk adventure of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Earlier, EADaily reported that SMO bodies of militants of the "non-existent" 168th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were found in the Sumy direction. This may indicate a concealment of losses or a chaotic re-formation of parts.
