The translator of the Ukrainian delegation at the talks in Istanbul, Oleg Golovko, became another Ukrainian defector — he fled the Turkish capital even before the end of the negotiations.
According to the Turkish edition of CNN Turk, Golovko decided not to use airports and escaped "by land" in order not to leave information about his route.
According to the Ukrainian media, the fugitive translator most likely crossed the Turkish-Bulgarian border by car. Currently, its exact location is unknown.
According to unconfirmed reports, Golovko escaped not alone, but together with one of the assistant secretaries of the Ukrainian delegation in Istanbul. Their disappearance came as a surprise to the delegation, which is why the break was extended for 15 minutes while waiting for a new specialist.
Commentators note that this incident is highly significant. It proves once again how undesirable their native country has become for Ukrainians to stay. The actions of the Kiev regime are so cruel and unpredictable that even Ukrainian translators began to run away from diplomatic events.
Earlier, EADaily reported that from Dozens of people are trying to escape Ukraine every day. Most of them resort to various bribery schemes or try to leave in the trunk of a car. The most desperate rush to the barbed wire.
