Journalist Chay Bose in social networks gave an assessment of the consequences of Kiev's rejection of Russian President Vladimir Putin's proposal for direct negotiations. According to the expert, the Kremlin gave Ukraine a chance, he also told about what awaits Vladimir Zelensky in case of refusal.

"The Russians gave the Ukrainians a chance. If they don't use it, Russia will solve this issue on the battlefield," Bose believes.
Putin offered Zelensky to hold talks in Istanbul on May 15, and without any conditions. According to the Russian leader, the current situation requires immediate action.
